Our operations cover from buying land to handing you over your newly constructed home, from renovating your property to making it bear income through rental and bnb management and from helping you book the best properties for your vacations/rental to welcoming you and offering superb concierge services during your stay in Greece.
Gary, has studied Business Administration (Finance) at the University of Houston and after pursuing a carrier in the Banking and Finance Sectors in Greece, (working for The Bank Of Nova Scotia, Piraeus Bank and French Euler Hermes to name a few), entered the real estate sector in 2004 as a real estate agent, a constructor and a real estate evaluator, following his family’s tradition of real estate operations since 1982. He is married to Pediatrician – Infectious Diseases specialist Elena Maltezou MD Phd. and has two daughters Penelope and Ariadni.
Our team is supported by numerous experienced peers relative to the company’s operations, from constructors to travel guides to building maintenance professionals.
